The location of this hotel is absolutely fantastic. It is very close to all the main attractions and right in the heart of the city center. You can easily reach the famous Massimo theatre in just a few minutes on foot. This makes it extremely convenient for exploring the city and enjoying all that it has to offer.
The WiFi reception in some rooms can be quite poor, which can be a bit frustrating for those who need a reliable internet connection.

We had a wonderful stay in Palermo just off Palermo and Sicily and the Massimo theater. We loved the staff, everyone was helpful. Its very central location was convenient to an archaeological museum. Also, it was based in quiet area...

I couldn't be happier with the value I got for my money at this hotel. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was impeccably clean. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old town and close to all the famous attractions. The staff, Giancarlo and his wife, were incredibly welcoming and went above and beyond to make sure I had a fantastic stay.
The only thing that could make the breakfast even better would be to add more variety to the breakfast items.

The room had a private bathroom with a bidet and free toiletries. It felt really nice and clean, and I loved having my own bathroom. As someone who likes to have privacy and a sense of cleanliness, this was perfect for me.
Personally, I didn't really like the hairdryer in the bathroom. It just didn't work well for my hair type.

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a fantastic shower and a large, cozy bed. The location was perfect, within walking distance of many historical sites. The breakfast was amazing, and Giancarlo's company and stories made it even more enjoyable. A must-stay for anyone visiting!

The room was spacious, clean, and cozy, with a comfortable bed and pillows. The hosts were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, providing great recommendations and sharing interesting facts about the city. Additionally, the coffee and snacks provided were a nice touch.
